Ham of the Quarter
The DBARA in support of the  Volusia County Amateur Radio community takes great pride in nomination and award of the "Ham of the Month to the outstanding "Ham Radio Operator" who was chosen for his or her outstanding support or community involvement in the betterment of the hobby.  This committee consists of members and non members of the DBARA organization.
